I  believe in the power of sharing our stories. This is what makes us all feel connected and opens the endless possibilities for our lives.  I believe all things are possible and each and every person has the ability to become exactly who they want to be. My contagious passion and love for people and their journeys is the drive behind all I do.

I taught for several years in lower socio-economic schools where I was honored by my peers as “Teacher of the Year”. I also began a career in educational leadership, coaching and teaching other teachers.   But I knew I was called to a larger and different platform. I began hosting such notable events as RAW, the world’s largest independent art organization. RAW Dallas was one of the highest attended shows out of all 85 cities, drawing crowds of over 1,500. In addition, I began to host various other shows: fashion, music, talent, and charity events.

I am also the creator and host of Beneath interview and blog series, which highlights dynamic people and intriguing topics with a unique transparency.  It is my goal through Beneath to give hope, inspire change, deepen our understanding, change perspectives…and have a few laughs (because life is fun!). I live to celebrate the lives and journeys of others and shine the light on their stories and talents so that others can be inspired to reach toward a life they truly love and make a reality of their possibilities.
